No. When you buy online your ticket numbers are issued electronically and sent to the email address you enter at checkout on Rafflebox. There is nothing to collect, print or keep safe — but do keep the confirmation email, because it is your record of the numbers you hold.

No. Under the terms of our licence, tickets may only be purchased by people who are physically located in Ontario at the time of purchase. This is a legal requirement of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, not a preference on our part.

You must be at least 18 years old and physically in Ontario when you buy. Beyond that, the person or people conducting the draw may not buy or hold a ticket in that draw, and members of the Board of Directors, associated persons and the General Manager may not buy tickets at all. Volunteers and their families are welcome to take part as long as they play no role in conducting the draw. The full conditions are in the Rules of Play.

This site gives you the information, the rules and the licence details, and then hands you over to Rafflebox to buy. The prize is paid by cheque in Canadian dollars. Arrangements for collection or delivery of the cheque are made with the winner directly, as set out in the Rules of Play.

Six months from the date of the draw. If a prize is not claimed within that period, it is dealt with according to the Rules of Play and with the consent of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

No. Ticket sales are final once a purchase is complete. Please make sure you are eligible and are buying the package you intended before you check out.

The winning number is selected by a certified random number generator operated by Rafflebox, our AGCO-registered Electronic Raffle Supplier. Nobody at the Society draws, generates or influences the number, and this website does not run any part of the draw.

Rafflebox is the electronic raffle supplier registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario that we use to run this draw. It sells the tickets, issues the numbers, runs the certified random number generator and handles payment. When you click a Buy tickets button on this site, you leave us and continue on their platform under their terms.

Half of total ticket sales is paid to the winner. The other half stays with Carp Agricultural Society and supports our exhibitions and exhibitor prizes, educational and community programmes, the upkeep of the Carp Fairgrounds, and the running of the next Carp Fair.

No, on both counts. You do not need to be at the fair to buy a ticket online, and you do not need to be present at the fairgrounds to win. The draw takes place at 3790 Carp Road whether or not ticket holders are there.

Yes. Tickets are sold during Drive-In Bingo, throughout the four days of Carp Fair, and at the office Monday to Friday during working hours.
